Terms of use.
These terms cover the anonymous sample demo on this site and any working session arranged through it. A signed-in customer’s use of the product is covered by the agreement signed with the firm.
The sample demo
Acceptable use of the demo.
The demo reads a fixed fictional evidence set and answers questions about it. Use it to evaluate the product.
Fictional data only.
Harbour Ridge Capital and its portfolio are invented. Do not enter real company names, real financial figures or personal information in a demo question.
No attempt to defeat the rate limit.
The demo rejects requests from other origins and limits how many questions one visitor can send in a short period. Do not attempt to bypass, script around or automate against this limit.
No warranty on the demo answer.
The demo answer describes a fictional sample and is provided to show how the product responds. It is not advice and carries no warranty.
The working session
Requesting a working session.
Writing to request a working session does not create a contract and does not obligate either side.
No obligation either way.
Requesting or holding a working session does not commit you to a purchase and does not commit us to a specific delivery date or feature.
What you show us stays between us.
Anything shared with us during a working session, such as a real questionnaire or a description of your process, is treated as confidential and used only to answer your questions.
